Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?

For products in stock, orders placed by 16:00 on weekdays are handed over to the carrier on the same day. Orders placed after that time are handed over to the carrier on the next delivery day.

Products that are not in stock are dispatched from our store or our workshop; in this case, handover to the carrier may take 4-5 days. If your order is urgent, you can write to us before placing your order to obtain information on the lead time.

Delivery times

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time is 1-2 days within İstanbul and 2-4 days for other cities.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are handed over to the carrier on the next delivery day.

Same-day courier within İstanbul

Within İstanbul, we can dispatch in-stock products by same-day courier. The courier fee is paid by the customer. For a same-day courier request, contact us before placing your order: destek@movomstore.com

International shipments

We ship outside Turkey. Customs duties, import fees and any local charges are borne by the buyer.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders shipped abroad; these orders are final sale. Because parcels sent back to Turkey are held at customs, returns cannot be processed. We kindly ask you to review our size chart before placing your order and, if in doubt, to write to us at destek@movomstore.com.
