Returns / Exchanges

After logging into your account, you can click on your delivered order and then click the "Request Return" button.

On the page that opens, you can create your request by selecting your return reason. If you wish to exchange an item, simply write the name and size of the product you are requesting in the description box; if you wish to return an item, simply state your return request.

After creating your return/exchange request, you can send the product to us free of charge with the Yurtiçi Kargo code below.

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and must not have lost its hygienic conditions.

You can request a return within 14 days from the order delivery date.

Free returns and exchanges can only be made with Yurtiçi Kargo.

Your return approval will be granted after the product reaches us and necessary checks are performed. After return approval, your refund will be credited to your account within 1-14 business days, depending on your bank.

After your exchange product reaches us, it will be checked, and if the requested product is in stock, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
