This text sets forth the terms of use applicable to www.movomstore.com (“Site”), operated by MOVOM TEXTILE SERVICES AND FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (“MOVOM”). Every user visiting or using the Site is deemed to have read and accepted the terms set forth below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. MOVOM undertakes to provide the products and services offered on the Site without interruption, except for technical reasons.

1.2. All content, design, trademarks, visual and written materials on the site belong to MOVOM or are used under license. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

1.3. MOVOM reserves the right to make changes to all products, services, prices, and content on the Site without prior notice.

1.4. MOVOM takes utmost care to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site; however, it cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or typographical mistakes.

2. MEMBERSHIP AND SECURITY

2.1. Membership registration is free. The user acknowledges that the information provided during registration is accurate.

2.2. The user account is personal; the user is solely responsible for all legal and financial liabilities that may arise from sharing it with others.

2.3. MOVOM reserves the right to terminate the membership of users who threaten the security of the system or act in violation of the law, without prior notice.

3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1. All content on the Site (brand, logo, images, text, software, business model, etc.) is protected by law.

3.2. No content may be used for commercial or personal purposes without the written permission of MOVOM.

3.3. Gift coupons and promotions provided by the Site can only be used on movomstore.com; they are non-transferable and cannot be sold.

4. COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATIONS

4.1. The user acknowledges that MOVOM may contact them via the contact information provided during registration for marketing, campaign, and informational purposes.

4.2. The user may revoke this permission at any time by writing to support@movomstore.com.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

5.1. The user may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without giving any reason.

5.2. Whether the purchased product is a swimsuit or bikini does not affect the right of withdrawal. MOVOM offers an unconditional return policy for all products.

5.3. A return request can be initiated by sending an email to support@movomstore.com or through Movom's social media accounts.

5.4. Returns can only be made free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code provided by Movom.

5.5. Once the product reaches MOVOM, the return process will be completed within a maximum of 10 business days.

6. LIMITATIONS ON SITE USAGE

6.1. The user may not use the site in an illegal manner or in a way that prevents others from using it.

6.2. MOVOM reserves the right to terminate membership and pursue legal action if it detects any behavior that harms its security, system integrity, or commercial reputation.

7. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

7.1. Users can cancel their membership via the My Account section or by writing to support@movomstore.com.

7.2. MOVOM reserves the right to delete or archive user accounts and data from the system at its discretion.

8. OTHER SITES AND LINKS

8.1. Some links on the Site may redirect to third-party sites that are outside of MOVOM's control. MOVOM is not responsible for the content of these sites.

9. COMPETENT COURT

9.1. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the application of these Terms of Use.
